i've been working with these guys building this in stealth for some time now. In fact they were one of the motivating reasons for YC to go and acquire its first GPU cluster. I'm so excited that the whole world can get a glimpse at what they're building.

great read. one of the parts that stuck with me is around talent: a huge fraction of Chinese leadership in biotech came to America to get degrees at top universities, almost certainly wanted to stay, and America's refusal to issue visas / green cards to them means they went back and are now competing against us. idiotic policy led by the GOP and tacitly accepted by Dems leading to the slow death of an american industry
