so excited to bring it back and make it more epic than ever.

really incredible team of phd robotics experts that are twin brothers. they've designed a new humanoid hand and data collection glove, and iv been impressed by how fast they've gotten paying customers across the industry. this is the key bottleneck in robotics.
congrats on the launch!

Was a bit surreal to get to be a guest on my favorite podcast. Thanks, Jack Altman!

great example of where AI agents can be useful: parsing lots of unstructured data sources to help a trader make choices. and...perhaps eventually automate those choices.

Vesence’s new DOCX editor is extremely impressive. A full-fidelity editor with diffs that Claude/GPT can use to operate on MS Word docs just like they write code

Super excited that YC will be hosting a Bio + AI hackathon in March, organized by two awesome companies BioRender and Tamarind Bio. Come to the YC office in SF and hack on the next AI scientist, drug discovery method, or bio data infrastructure. One of the prizes is a guaranteed YC interview!

As someone getting increasingly addicted to using coding agents to automate my engineering work, it's great to see teams like Polymath (YC W26) help make them even stronger. Congrats on the launch!

Tamarind is one of these YC companies that no one has heard of that's quietly built a killer business.
Deniz and Sherry are highly technical Stanford dropouts. They don't post on social media, they don't have do podcasts, they don't even have sales people. They're just excellent engineers and built a product that's so good that 8 out of the top 20 pharma companies use it.

BART’s ‘Leave Them Be’ Order Burned the Transbay Tube
Two encampment fires shut down BART in seven days. BART knew about the RV site, had legal authority to clear it, but the board’s “leave them be” culture resulted in system disaster.

The one skill everyone who uses AI needs to master in 2026. Meta-prompting: using an LLM to generate, refine, and improve the very prompts you use to get work done.

been really fun working with this team. Impressive to see a startup close several giant enterprise customers right out the gate. Bullish on this one. Congrats on the launch!

It's time for Silicon Valley to get some 2026-calibre chip building tools.
Congratulations on the launch, Bryce and Jordon!

AI will enable our daughter to create her own entertainment rather than passively consuming stuff other people created. I wish I’d had that ability as a kid.

Data Center NIMBYs Are Killing $1 Trillion in AI Infrastructure
Housing NIMBYs already reduced 36% of GDP. Now the same playbook is blocking the AI economy. The states that figure out how to share the upside will win the future.

Software engineering accounts for nearly 50% of all AI agent tool calls. Healthcare, legal, finance, and a dozen other verticals are barely touched, each under 5%. That's a hundred AI unicorns waiting to be built.
