Step 0: Create New Watchlist (If Needed)

Open your Outx.ai dashboard and click + New to create a watchlist.

Step 1: Open Watchlist

Go to Watchlists > Select watchlist > Open Automated Rules (right column) > Set rules

Step 2: Create Automation Rule

  • Set title for your rule
  • Select team member for automation
  • Choose actions: Like and comment
  • Add profile exclusions (Optional)
  • Set employee level to track (Optional)
  • Choose what to track (Optional):
    • Posts by people
    • Posts by companies
    • Job updates
    • Birthdays
  • Save Rule
